Brahmastra Box Office Collection: Film Crosses 300 CR worldwide

The movie's box office haul demonstrates categorically that boycott demands have been unfounded for Film Brahmastra. Since its release, the movie Brahmastra Box Office Collection starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor has brought in over 150 crores in domestic sales. Additionally, according to certain accounts, the expensive epic fantasy movie has made about 250 crores globally.

According to trade expert Sumit Kadel, brahmastra made between 13.50 and 14 crore rupees on Tuesday across all languages.

Brahmastra's box office revenue has increased to 154.90 cr in the last five days (approximately). The Star Studios and Dharma Productions-produced movie starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were dogged by criticism in the weeks leading up to its release last Friday (September 9).

When Ranbir and his wife Alia visited the Mahakal shrine in Ujjain last week, demonstrations broke out in response to Ranbir's remark from several years ago that he consumed beef. However, it obviously didn't take place, and "Brahmastra "is expected to develop into a gigantic spectacle in South Asian movies like "RRR," "KGF: Chapter 2," and "Pushpa: The Rise."

According to Rajendra Singh Jayla, chief programming officer of INOX Leisure, it is the second-biggest opening film behind "KGF: Chapter 2" and the biggest non-holiday opener.

Other experts concurred, stating that "brahmastra's" initial success "may be a sign that the momentum behind calls to boycott Bollywood movies has waned. The idea of an Indian movie series by writer and director Ayan Mukerji, "Astraverse," and the drama surrounding the movie's stars seemed to work, according to critics who said it was like a mix of Hollywood superhero movies, Harry Potter, and The Lord of the Rings.

In Brahmastra, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy all play significant roles. Shah Rukh Khan appears in the film as a cameo. The film was released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada on September 9 across the globe. The executive director of Group of Seven Multiplex and Maratha Mandir Cinema, Manoj Desai, thinks that "Brahmastra" could help the Hindi film industry recover from its recent slump.

The movie's ultimate financial success is questionable. According to reports, it cost Rs 400 crore, making it one of the priciest films ever made in India.

Brahmastra film box office collection day wise

Ranbir's film had career-high advance bookings and a strong start at the box office, with an upward trend over the weekend. And has remained consistent on weekdays thus far.

However, the drop on Monday should be approximately 40%, but given the mixed reviews for the picture and the post-covid impact, wherein Hindi films, particularly high ticket releases, struggled at the box office, Brahmastra's result will be regarded as good.

Brahmastra, the latest film from Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, is doing well in theatres. The fantasy adventure, which debuted to mixed reviews, surged from momentum to momentum over the weekend and has maintained a solid run on weekdays.

Day 1- Rs 36.50 Cr

Day 2- Rs 42.41 Cr

Day 3- Rs 45.65 Cr

Day 4- Rs 16.45 Cr

Day 5- Rs 13.68 Cr respectively.

Box Office Collection Day 6

According to current statistics, it will remain constant during the week with recurring 20% reductions and then surge on the weekend, much like Marvel flicks in India. On Wednesday (Day 6), it receives Rs 10.70 crore, bringing the total national collections to above Rs 160 crores.

According to Sacnik, Brahmastra had a smashing starting of Rs 36.42 Crore in terms of net box office collections. Brahmastra's total box office collection is at Rs 164.37 crore (net in all languages). After passing the Rs 150-crore barrier, the film is now on its way to the Rs 200-crore club.

Meanwhile, in an interview with Located above a white, Ayan Mukerji discussed Brahmastra's success, saying, "To be honest, I thought we were on to an idea that would pique the audience's interest. The feeling was there, and the urge was strong. It was a very new and unformed film. I've always thought that this fantasy story with really amazing visuals, VFX action, and inspiration from mystical, spiritual India had some potency and that the audience would flock to see it."

He went on, "And now that we're talking about it after the fact, I feel pretty good that it actually flowed because a lot of people make movies and you get a sense of what makes a film appealing to an audience. When projects like these that are dangerous are released, people often complain that the vibe was lacking. I won't identify any other films, but you should know that the film isn't working on Fridays only. That pull has been supplied by Brahmastra. So I'm overjoyed about it."

The first installment of the trilogy, titled Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mouni Roy, with cameo appearances by Nagarjuna Akkineni and Shah Rukh Khan. Ayan recently announced in an interview that the second installment of the franchise, dubbed Brahmastra Part Two: Dev, will be released in 2025. However, he remained tight-lipped regarding the cast.

Brahmastra Crosses 300Cr Mark At Box Office

Since its release, the movie Brahmastra, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, has amassed impressive box office collections. After a full week in theatres, Brahmastra has now surpassed the $300 million global milestone. With its weekend earnings alone, the film has already surpassed the $100 million club. The official stats for Brahmastra in one week were revealed by Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar on Friday. When presenting the box office data, Karan made a comment. As we start the second week, I can say this: "Brahmastra made $9 crore net in India on Thursday across all languages, increasing its total domestic earnings to $173 crore." The movie has been losing 15% to 20% of its box office earnings, though. Even though the film has grossed 300 crores, it hasn't yet surpassed its 400 crore production costs, so it can't be considered a success.
